Customers may cancel their booking free of charge if the cancellation request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time may attract a minimal cancellation fee to cover operational costs.
If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a "No Show," and the full booking amount may be charged.
In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, extreme weather, or unforeseen events, Vrindavan Luxury Car Service reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, customers will be informed immediately.
