Refunds are applicable only in cases where the service is cancelled by Vrindavan Luxury Car Service due to vehicle unavailability, driver issues, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

2. Customer Cancellation Refund

Refund eligibility for customer cancellations depends on the timing of cancellation as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations or no-show cases are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment method.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer as mutually agreed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
• Customer no-show at pickup location
• Cancellation made within restricted time window
• Incorrect booking details provided by customer
