1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team. A booking is considered confirmed only after we contact you via phone or WhatsApp and verify your travel details.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate personal and booking information. Any incorrect details may lead to service delay or cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of service unless agreed otherwise. For outstation trips, advance payment may be required.

4. Driver & Vehicle Conduct

Our drivers are trained professionals. Misbehavior or misconduct towards drivers will not be tolerated. The company reserves the right to cancel service in such cases.

5. Service Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies are governed separately under our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages.

7. Liability Limitation

Vrindavan Luxury Car Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
